As a qualified therapist I have taken the time to specialise in both spiritual and conventional modalities in order to be able to cater for each client on an individual basis depending on their requirements.

About me

Being a healer is at the core of my being, I am trained as a shamanic practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Healer and Counsellor. 

I continue to develop as a healer and I aim to provide the tools and knowhow for anyone that is ready to make a positive change in their own lives.

Individual
Counselling

Counselling is a type of talking therapy that can help you cope with various relationship and emotional issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief, relationship problems and more. Counselling involves a trained therapist listening to you and helping you find ways to deal with your feelings and thoughts.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical hypnotherapy is a type of medical therapy that uses hypnosis to treat various conditions or change habits Hypnosis is a trance-like state of heightened focus and relaxation, in which you are more open to suggestions. A clinical hypnotherapist guides you into this state and then uses agreed methods to help you achieve your goals, such as overcoming fears, quitting smoking, or managing pain.

Shamanic Therapies

Shamanic healing is an ancient practice that can address various issues such as trauma, illness, addiction, or emotional problems

Shamanic healing is a type of spiritual healing that involves a shaman, a person who can interact with the spirit world through altered states of consciousness

Reiki Healing

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan and means “universal life energy” in Japanese. Reiki practitioners use their hands to transfer this energy to the client’s body, either by touching or hovering over specific areas. The aim of reiki is to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance well-being by restoring the balance and flow of energy in the body. Reiki can be used as a complementary therapy for various physical, emotional, and mental issues, such as pain, anxiety, depression, or chronic illness.
